Lost Xbox profile after reset of Xbox One

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
   Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account. If you’ve
   forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the Lost Account Solution.
   
4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
6. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

If you are not sure of what the email was for the original gamertag that had that xbox profile on it you would need to contact xbox support with the original gamertag by going to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and if they can verify ownership of
the account they can give you the email address.

Also if you are not sure of what the gamertag for the account was and you have an active credit/debit card on the account or even a phone number they can look any account that has the credit/debit card on it up and the phone number also.

Xbox support is the only people that would be able to help you out with that.

Xbox one. Did a reset to attempt glitch fix. The profile in xbox was there after the reset.

gold-live account is Gone and all associated progress etc.(account was pod for).

Cant reactivate? Its as if that live subscription(that was paid for the year) is gone.

Tried a new membership and then link to existing account, that said “already linked”.

sorry im no expert here but lost alot of $.

Hi

Resetting the Xbox One will remove all profiles that are installed on the console. After the reset is completed when you sing into your profile all your Xbox Live gold privileges will be available.
