No one on the forums will be able to tell you the email address to your brothers account. The only thing you can do is contact Xbox support give them the gamertag so they can pull up the account and verify all the information on the account and if you can
do this they will be able to provide you with the Live ID.

SO let me just get this right...you had an account that was yours? You passed it to a hacker who later changed the password which locked you out?? Now you need to figure out the email address that you used with that account???

you cant move a tag from one microsoft account to another, as she owns the microsoft account she also owns the tag im afraid and microsoft will not change here account in any way with out her calling.

A Microsoft account is email, xbox, windows accounts in one package and cannot be changed.
