Lost xbox achievements.

Logging into my old xbox account. I wanna get back into my games and my account is a nice path down memory lane. My achievements is one of them! I have achievements from 2013 and so on. After signing in I realized my Gamer score was down to 980. Yet when
I look at my achievements I still have them and the date I got them, but not showing as unlocked and not present in my score. I did sign in before but everyone said it was an achievement glitch! Did mine never return? These achievements mean seriously so much
too me! Would appreciate some help thank you for your time.

- A side note I don't own an Xbox at this time but I am using Xbox on my Windows 10 PC (possibly the reason for this, not really sure).

me too, just lost 30000G achievement. Some of my Xbox one games for which I have unlocked achievement has now 0G.

The problem could possibly be that you were signed out of xbox live when you got those achievements. To fix this problem you can most likely just sign into an xbox that has live on it, if you have one available.

Is the Gamertag the same on both? Did you notice a drop from moving to Xbox from the PC?

That would be a gamerscore reset. Those are issued by the enforcement team if you are found to have modded/cheated ganerscore. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time the reset was issued to see if it could be overturned. At this
point, there would be no way to contact them regarding it. With a reset, it is no longer possible for you re-earn any achievements that were unlocked before the reset. You would have to create a new account and start over if you wanted to re-ean them.
