Lost XBOX account and all purchases

If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account. If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

Hotmail address IS a Microsoft account, Xbox is not linked but is the Microsoft account, make sure you are using the correct email address to login with.

why scare someone without actually knowing if this has happened or not, you do not know they have been hacked, it is not a simple process, it looks as if they are logging in with the wrong details.

You are correct. When an account is banned all content purchased by that account is lost as well. No license transfers, etc. can be done because the account is banned.

Sorry to hear that you've lost access to your old account. Unfortunately this does mean that you've lost access to any and all content that was purchased along with it as well.

You will have to repurchase the season pass or dlc with this new account, I'm afraid.
