    Lost Wordament Level


    After upgrading to the new iOS version of Wordament on 21-FEB, my level was reset back to the beginning. All other statistics remain as before. The app mentioned that the cloud was out of sync, and I naively assumed that I should take the latest version.
    Mistake. Is there any chance of getting the previous level restored?

    Hello There,

    Sorry for the issue with your game. You can go to the
    Microsoft casual games community     and post there. They deal specifically with these games and are very helpful. Most likely though as you chose which save file it most likely written over the cloud save.

    I am currently experiencing the same problem with my Wordament--I've lost all my prior achievements, and the system has placed me back at Level One after all the gaming I'd already completed. What is t he matter with Wordament?????

    As of this time, 02/20/2019, this issue does NOT appear to be resolved.
