    I lost my Walmart receipt with the activation code on it and they were unable to help me . Even thoUgh I was just there 20 minutes ago . Is there any way to get the code ??

    Bought Madden points from Walmart Mart

    Picked up Madden points from Walmart and the cashier didn't give me the receipt with the codes on it! Anybody have any suggestions?

    Bizarre Xbox live / game receipt problem

    Bought an Xbox live code for my sons for Christmas from Game via my debit card and it came as a text code on a basic receipt. Dopy dick here then lost the receipt before redeeming the code. Will Game be able to trace/link the purchase to the code via my debit card? Obviously the coffee isn't redeemed so not like I'm blagging anything? Lol

    Activation Code Not Long Enough

    Yes. The activation code is on the receipt. The Walmart website says that if you bought an online redemption code in store it will be on the receipt. The code on the receipt isn't long enough, and Walmart doesn't have another one. It is the
    only code available. It does not work. I have called the store, and that is the code they have given me, both on the original receipt, when I called, and a reprinted receipt.

    Microsoft codes are 25 characters (don't count the dashes) in 5 groups of 5. If your receipt doesn't include a 5x5 code then maybe you bought the wrong version (eg PlayStation). Your only recourse would appear to be to take the card and receipt back to
    Walmart and ask for a refund or exchange for a proper Xbox code.

    Unfortunately there is nothing that anyone would be able to do apart from the retailer reprinting the receipt. Sorry.

    Do you still have the receipt? You can contact gamestop/Walmart and tell them their code was invalid. I've gotten a replacement code from gamestop before.
