    Lost username


    Hi microsoft. I created a micorsoft 365 subscription a while back but I have forgotten my username. All I have i the password saved on my laptop but no username to the main account. I shared the subscription to on of my other emails and it's working but I need to access thr main account so I can share the subscription and manage the account. I have all the credit card details and password but no username. Can you please assist.

    It's most likely that the username you searched for was actually taken but they were banned. I believe that banned usernames are lost and cannot be re-used, that's what I was told in the past anyway. Sadly it looks like you'll need to choose another username.

    Their username is sx*****@outlook.com and their email is vg*****@oldward.lol. BEWARE. I lost money in doing this
