Lost total access to my account

Hello there! I need some help the situation is the following I bought a new phone and I got a new number (cancelled the previous) now I forgot my gmail accounts password and when trying to retrieve my gmail it requires my old phone number which I have no access to the number and now I don’t even have access to my gmail which means basically the only access I have to my Xbox account is through my Xbox and I wanted to ask if I could change the gmail in which my Xbox account is logged into because I have bought some games which are only accessible digitally and I want to buy some new games but I have also forgotten my password I used to buy games because I always forgot but I just sent my self a code to the email and paid like that and since don’t want to lose access to my games and account when I buy a new Xbox I would like some help since I enjoy playing in my Xbox. Hey, to be honest that would help a lot too since I would be atleast able to login into my xbox account (how I call Microsoft account) and then as mentioned above change my email address to a new one I’m just currently locked out everything expect my xbox and xbox app on phone.

Unfortunately you need access to change the email.

Have you tried contacting google to recover your account?

I see, unfortunately xbox can only help with lost Microsoft email addresses Edi.

Hey, I have tried multiple times can’t get past nothing I literally go on circles after pressing forgot email/ password same options avalible because of AI and can’t reach person whom works there unfortunately :/
