    Lost saved Halo progress


    Our cable modem went kaput and we were without Internet connection for a while. It’s back, and I started up Halo Infinity only to be brought to the start page. I’m about halfway through the campaign. Where can I find my saved games?

    In this case, since the game progress is saved and loaded in the cloud, it is almost impossible to recover it. You can try to open the game while setting your console to offline mode (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...) and see if the game can load any local save that is more recent. But if this doesn't work, unfortunately nothing can be done. I'm really sorry about this.

    You wont be able to transfer the progress to your own sccount, you will have to start from the beginning.

    Look at the bright side. You can enjoy the game all over again.
