    Lost return to Microsoft


    I sent off my Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 for repair to microsoft. I have proof of postage and they have now cancelled my replacement as its been past 30 days. I posted this well inside this time period. I have tried to contact Microsoft but
    because of Covid19 they have not replied back to me. Is there anything anyone can suggest. I have proof that they received the item via UPS. Help?

    Hello Amar,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with a repair. You will need to request a call from support and speak with a support agent.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    This is exactly the problem i faced and i tried to chase it before the deadline too. I thought it would show at day 30 but instead got notice it was cancelled. There is no way to speak to anybody which is incredibly frustrating. I hope this gets sorted.

    I am also having the same issue, I returned the controller to replace under warranty. Had confirmation from UPS that it has been signed for on their end but my order has not updated on microsoft order status. Im approaching the 30 days and worried that this
    will cancel my order when the replacement has not been actioned.

    Tried multiple times to request a call back and keep getting an error message. Is there no direct line or email that we can use to resolve this as the customer service is terrible. You ring and get pointed to online for the online services not to work.

    How does this comment violate community standards?

    After a review Microsoft reversed my ban, admitted it was done in bad faith, but refuse to return the 3 days of lost service i paid for due to the issue.

    My advice would be moving to sony, who requires a review prior to lost of services
