    Lost redemption code


    About a year ago I bought my xbox one, and with the console came a copy of the Witcher 3, and a redemption code for the Witcher 2 to xbox 360. I haven't used the code for the Witcher 2 yet, and I've lost the physical pamplet with the code on it. I'd like
    to retrieve the code if possible.

    I'm sorry to hear about the pamphlet for the Witcher 2 game. Unfortunately, I doubt Official support can assist you with regards to that one because what they can only recover are those codes that was sent to the account's message center and was deleted.
    For your case, it was physically lost so support won't be able to check any records of the code with there tools.

    Ms only handles the digital version of precedes and fallout 4
