Lost progress on Minecraft, Xbox One

Recently came back to Minecraft on my Xbox One to find one of my worlds has reverted back to a very old version. I only found out once I had opened the world, and what worries me now is the fact it automatically autosaved as soon as I had opened it. There
doesn't seem to be any recollection of it, I'm really unsure how a world I haven't visited for months has just automatically gone back to an old save. I'm really confused on what has caused this and don't know where to look.

Minecraft Xbox One Edition lost progress

I was playing Minecraft: Xbox One Edition with friends and then the game crashed. I also had a twitch stream going to hopefully prove anything but after I reloaded the game, all the progress we spent hours on was gone despite there
being a save. And the save it returned me to was a save that didnt actually happen. And my friends all say that the point in time it returned to after reload was not where it should have been. And this pissed us off because we had done hours of work only for
it to not save.

A powercycle might be your best option, hold power button for 10 seconds until console turns off and then unplug for 10 seconds. After that fire it back up and try it out.

1- Try to reset the xbox and see if so when you start update the status of the game

2- Go to manage game data and check that it is installed or pending installation.

3- Uninstall the game and restart the xbox

4-Install the games and then install all the updates, be careful not to install any updates before the game.
