Saving Microsoft Solitaire Collection progress between Windows 10 and earlier versions

With the Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud. This means you can sign in on any Windows 10 device and pick up right where you left off. The cloud even saves your progress on challenges and
achievements.

If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 devices.

Note Any achievements and challenges that you complete on your Windows 10 device will not be available on your Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. The Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection contains new features and challenges that aren't
available in previous versions of the game.

For example, if you play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 8.1 device at work and complete all the daily challenges, you’ll find that these challenges are incomplete when you open Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 10 device at home.
The next day, when you return to your Windows 8.1 device, the challenges from the previous day will show as completed.

Never mind. I found the answer to my question. The Win 10 version has a few enhancements added that don't correspond to the Win 8.1 version. It is working as it's supposed to.

I too have issues with getting my achievements on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8.1 to sync up to my profile. I can get to the leaderboards, but the data is not accurate on them on Microsoft Bingo and the progress in that game from Windows Phone 8 transfers
over to Windows Phone 10.

Version 3.9.4260.0, released recently, stops the crash, and I can now see my Daily Challenge history.

I am seeing some weirdness in some of my older data: There are a few months with no badges (normally there are grayed-out badges for months I didn't play) and there is one month with a "Perfect" ribbon, but no badges.

As I went back and forth between Windows 8.0 and 8.1 until problems in 8.1 were fixed, was in the Windows 10 Preview, and went back to Windows 8.1 for a long time (well after Windows 10 Threshold 2), my data may be messier than others. Solitaire ver 1.8/1.9
on Windows 8.0, ver 2.1-2.7 on Windows 8.1, and ver 3.3 to 3.9 on Windows 10.
