    Lost profile


    My son had two xbox profiles somehow, his absolutely convinced they were on the same (my) email. one account holds his Fortnite profile, with all the money i have spent on vbucks.

    after watching a you tube video when his xbox was disconnecting from his tv, he followed it causing his xbox to reset.

    he cannot access this profile or account anymore. The profile must have been connected to the same email, i receive emails when i allow him to order vbucks.

    I cannot contact xbox, the telephone number found does not connect to an advisor.

    i need to connect this xbox profile, we have easily soend over a hundred pounds on vbucks over the last few months.

    No. The saves would be attached to his original profile.

    You can always redonwnload the profiles you had in your xbox console as for the games saves once deleted you can't recuperate them.
