    Problem connecting with window live (Product key.)

    Hi i have issues to connect to window live it says it need a product key. but when i insert the product key. it says that it is invalid, by the way the product key that i insert is the GTA 4 product key. is it not the GTA 4 product key that they wanted?
    Could you give me a guide here please. i am kinda lost.

    I don't like to give you bad news but if the key for the physical copy can't be found

    From Microsoft side is not possible to get a new key

    Maybe if you have proof of purchase, you can try getting in touch with Age of Empires team to see if they can give you a provisional activation key:

    Or it was a physical copy?

    If you purchased it digitally, the purchase was made using.your Microsoft account?

    G'day Kepalas! Unfortunately, Vadim is correct. The product key is registered to your former account and was subsequently lost along with the account. Those product keys are not transferable, so buying a new copy of the game will be your best bet.
