Lost Premium Status

Discus and support Lost Premium Status in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Upgraded to a new PC and lost my Premium Member status. Don't see a way to Restore Purchases. On a Win10 PC. How can this be fixed?... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by Jay T Zettervall, Jul 2, 2018.

    Lost Premium Status


    Upgraded to a new PC and lost my Premium Member status. Don't see a way to Restore Purchases. On a Win10 PC.

    How can this be fixed?

    I have premium. But when I open the game on my Surface, rather than desktop, it doesn't register my premium status. Same username. It shows my sync'd progress, just not my premium status.

    Lost gains?

    I'm a Premium member, but I lost both my map packs. It says I'm premium but I don't have any of the premium stuff

    I got the premium edition witch includes everything from the songbird edition except for the statue. Premium edition is $80.00 and songbird edition is $150.00. That is $70.00 just for the statue.
