    Hello,

    I received an email from Microsoft regarding my Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Bonus. It provided me the codes for the
    "Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack". However, I accidentally deleted the email before redeeming those codes. This email did not appear in my Xbox dashboard/messages, so I had no way of retrieving the codes. Can someone please resend that
    email?

    No Brothers to the End Gear Pack from Amazon pre-order

    Unfortunately pre-order bonuses for the Gears 4 physical copies are handled and distributed by the retailer. Xbox support is unable to generate these codes.

    I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
    received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

    Have you checked your email's trash or deleted bins to see if your email is still there? Also, as you mention receiving your codes via email, I am guessing you ordered via the Microsoft Store, correct? If so, you will need to reach out to the >>Microsoft

    Yes I checked both junk and trash but I have a bad habit of emptying both every day. And again yes I did order from the Microsoft store and used the support page first, they are the ones who directed me to this forum for assistance in retrieving my lost codes.

    Where did you pre-order Gears of War 4? If you purchased a physical copy from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach out to them to inquire. If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be located in your 'Ready to install'
