If you are trying to recover the account but do not have access to the security proofs from the account, you can use the recovery form:

Just a heads up that recovering an account email needs to have access to the security proofs that the email has because without access to those information, it will be difficult to recover the username.

Hello Gabrielle, if the quarantine period of 30 days has started on your account, it means that at the end of that 30 days the system will add the new security number you provided, or the email you provided and thus you will be able to receive the security code so that you can log into your account again.

I called EA they check it and told me that kind of failures was before but they can't do anything.

I lost only 20 E for phone call ;/

Guy said that I have to call microsoft xbox to claim refund.

When I was waiting for phone number I lost connection because my credits on phone was gone.
