    Lost parcel


    I Returned a design lab controller due to fault.

    The replacement/repaired item has been lost by the courier (i have proof of this via email). I contacted support last week and they put me down for a call back Monday just gone. I haven’t received a call so called them again yesterday and have again said
    that they will put me down for a call back but couldn’t give me a timeframe of when this could be. The only other advise was to access support.Xbox.com/help but there isn’t an option (that I have seen) for lost items and the service/repair/warranty section
    doesn’t allow me to speak to anybody.

    My order is also classed as “completed” as the courier has delivered, just not to the right address.

    does anybody have any solutions as to what to do?

    Thanks Zed. Wasn’t aware could do this.

    Appears that I have made some progress with the 3rd agent I spoke to so thanks for your advice.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’ve not been able to get hold of anybody via online chat, only automated and then its a case of that telling me i need to access service centre.

    can’t say im thay confident I am down for a call. The woman i spoke to had me on hold more than not trying to ask people what she needs to do.

    Hi there,

    My advice is to wait for the second call back. If that doesn't happen, go on Live Chat again and explain the situation. They may escalate the case to be reviewed by a supervisor.
