    I got plants vs zombies for xbox one And i previously had it for 360. When i got on all my progress was missing and i have to start again. What do i do

    Are you missing data from any other game, or just Halo Reach? What saved data seems to be missing?

    So then... it wouldn't have helped in my situation at all. Since only some data was lost, and it continued to be lost when I signed out and back in, then the corrupted side (cloud or local xbox drive) synced to the other so both were missing the BAR/GK/skins.

    Does that sound accurate?

    In this case what I needed would have been a historical snapshot.

    You missed the point entirely.

    Xbox Life Cloud Save continued syncing with my local Xbox One hard drive every time I started the game. The complete safe was never lost, otherwise the sync would have restored it.

    When part of my information disappeared, the sync still happened, but treated the new version -- with the missing data -- as official, and overwrite the other save (that was not missing anything) with the one that was.

    Cloud save worked to back up my save, but could not recognize that my save had mysteriously lost some data.

    Hello Daniel,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with the missing saved data, if you were not online when you were playing the game and you no longer have any saved data that data is now lost. In order to prevent Saved data from being lost
    you will have to sync it with the Cloud game saves by going online every once and a while.

    It is unfortunate but you will not be able to recover the saved data unless it was previously synced with the cloud. For more info on

    same here. 2 times this week that i lost a couple of hours of play. on my pc all is ok is ok but when i sync data on my xbox serie X there is missing a few hours of play. i do log out on my xbox and log in then sync data when i open back the game and it still is not sync right

    Hey there Devoted,

    I'm truly sorry to hear about the server crashing while you were playing WSOP. Unfortunately, any data that was lost cannot be retrieved.

    After a server crash, you can restart your console and try entering the game again to see if the missing information is there. Once again, if you don't see your in-game money or experience points populate to what you think should be there, that essentially
    means that the data wasn't saved before the server crashed.

    Again, I'm sorry about the lost data, but I wish you luck on the virtual poker tables in the future! :)
