    Lost or hacked account


    I tried to sign in Friday and it kept asking for my password. After it not recognizing my password it made me make a new one. Now when I sign in I have an account I never made. I lost my screename and all my subscriptions and all my gaming history. I tried to call and the one time I got a call back they cut the line off. I can’t talk to a real person. Please help.

    Microsoft Employees Get Accounts Hacked

    Misleading since they weren't hacked but socially engineered. They still lost their accounts but it wasn't a 'hack'.

    As I said no one in the forums can check the account or modify details
    Also is not possible to request a callback

    You can try filling the recovery form to see if that helps in your case:

    Or try when possible requesting a new callback or chat.
    Try changing categories until you're able to see the desired option
