    This is starting to annoy me. Hundreds of dollars lost because of you guys incompetence. Upon leaving for summer camp, I had gameshared my account info with a person I first believed to be a trusted source. The account then began to receive multiple log ins from different IPs thus resulting in it getting locked down. When I return and saw this, I made an appeal/request to get it open. I provided details only the original owner would know such as both main credit cards used for purchase and the recovery email as well as other things. I was still denied access account and I am now locked out almost indefinitely. Hundreds of dollars, almost thousands, lost because of this. I need my account back, and I need consultation from a Microsoft employee that takes this seriously.

    Thanks a lot for your replies Cajun and D3ath. But I'm facing another problem when switching the email id of the account.

    Here's the situation:

So I switched the email id of *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to some temporary gmail id. This step worked. Now I can log in with the temporary gmail id into live accounts and also on gamesforwindows.com.

    Now when I try to switch the email id of *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** account to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I get an error saying *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** isn't available.

    Any suggestions?
