    Change my usertag on Xbox Live, and lost all of my saved forza content and now i lose my xbox ultimate subscription and cannot play any of my games

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues. Are you able to log in to your account @ account.microsoft.com ? There you are able to see
    your current subscription.

    I would recommend reaching out to support.xbox.com, to get the issue sorted out.

    Can only read the first line of your question.

    Are you saying you cancelled game pass and have lost your golf live subscription?

    This sounds like you have had game pass ultimate, is this correct?

    If you had xbox live subscription when you upgraded to game pass ultimate, the remaining time you had left on your subscription would have been converted to game pass ultimate months.

    Then, after cancelling game pass ultimate, you would have lost any months that were converted, meaning a new live subscription will be required.

    I canceled ultimate game pass

    But when I looked on my subscriptions it's said I have to pay 14 euros in the 11 September. So I didn't like the ultimate I just wanted to cancel ultimate so what did I get for those 25 euros I just lost them and now don't have gold or ultimate.

    It sounds like you signed up for Game Pass Ultimate, if this is the case when you cancelled it you would have lost your Xbox Live Gold as well, since when you sign up to Game Pass Ultimate it combines any Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass into the one
    subscription.
