Lost My Titanfall Season Pass Download

This morning (December 2nd, 2014) the Titanfall Xbox 360 Season Pass was still on sale for $6.24. I was able to buy some Live credit and obtain enough to purchase the Season Pass. I attempted to buy it through my Xbox 360, but experienced an error and
it actually caused my gamertag to become locked, with a pop-up notification alerting me that I would need to contact support in order for my account to work as there was a security concern.

Support informed me that there were issues with Xbox Live last night and these must have triggered my account to lockdown, but that my account could now be used since they cleared everything with me. I informed them about my purchase, and the representative
was able to inform me that my purchase did in fact go through, but that it was also refunded (I assume as a security measure?). I was told that I could go and rebuy the Season Pass, but now the price had returned to $24.99.

Is it possible for my account to be recharged and that download to (re?)activated. I have enough credit to cover the $6.24 fee, but not enough for the $24.99. I realize I should not have waited until the last moment, but I've been waiting for my Xbox Live
Rewards Credits to clear (an issue I've posted about a few times in that area), and also did not anticipate issues with Live locking out and refunding my purchase. Hopefully I can regain that download.

Titanfall DLC Problem

Having same problem wit titanfall season pass not working tried uninstall then reinstall can't download IMC rising???

Sorry to hear it. No one here will be able to help with this though. What I would recommend is contacting phone support again to see if there's anything they can do to help you out. Be sure to mention that the original purchase went through but due to
issues with the service it was refunded without you asking for it.
