Lost my Pins tiles from X1 dashboard

Discus and support Lost my Pins tiles from X1 dashboard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Switched console on today to find no Pins displayed on my dashboard, tried to re-add them but nothing is displayed, is this a known issue after the...     Lost my Pins tiles from X1 dashboard


    Switched console on today to find no Pins displayed on my dashboard, tried to re-add them but nothing is displayed, is this a known issue after the latest dashboard update at all? Why the hell did they have to update the dash again, previous one was fine,
    to fall inline with the new Xbox One X I bet.

    Never had this issue before, anyone help?

    A Few Things We Want In The U.I Update

    From going back and forth from the 360 to the X1, hands down the X1 is where's it's at. Smooth flow, easy access pins, great. The 360's dashboard is so.... 360.... imagine that....

    I had the same problem and Mr Sonar UK gave me the answer. It worked, so I'll give him the credit.

    "open the guide

    open the pins popout

    scroll to bottom

    can you see a button saying Add to home"

    When the guide button is pressed, you'll see 3 icons with a click down; I believe the middle one is "Pins"

    If that does not work for you (It did not work for me once) try signing out and signing in or restarting your console that should definitely refresh everything. There is a bug in the new update which I encountered for myself, sometimes your content blocks
    randomly disappear but I was able to fix it by signing out and signing back in as that refreshed everything for me. I hope that helps if D33dles's answer does not.

    Thanks for the messages guys, managed to get my Pins back after selecting a 'Refresh' option at the Home sub page, only noticed you could do that yesterday lol, bring back the previous dash MS!

    Well, now the same thing is happening on my Xbox One. For the last week my dashboard has been displaying spinning circles instead of my pin and store tiles. I've reset my router and ran a Live diagnostic from Settings and nothing.
