    Hey.

    Here's the problem. I've lost my old xbox live profile from my old xbox360. It has been deleted from it but I think I still have game saves saved in my xbox 360 hard drive.

    I'm trying to figure out a way to get it back. This is a portion of my life and I've got a lot saved on it. I forgot the e-mail but I'm 90% about the password I had been using, and I also think I remember my gamertag.

    I have access to my xbox 360 if that can help as well.

    I am practically begging for help, this means so much to me... Thanks in advance for the help you might give me.

    Is there a way to transfer Minecraft worlds from my XBOX 360 profile to my new XBOX One Live Profile? I had a profile (not a Live account) on the XBOX 360. My brother gave me his XBOX one and now I have a live account. Problem is I want the worlds I created
    on the old profile. Is there a way to get them from the old profile and move them to the XBOX One Live?

    Hello, I recently purchased a new xbox 360, and I moved all the storage from my old xbox to my new xbox. I also downloaded my xbox live profile onto my new one. If I delete that profile from my old xbox, will it also be deleted on my new xbox?

    Hi there,

    You can try going through the Account recovery steps here: Recover your account if it was a Live account.

    If it was setup as a local account (no email tied to it) then you need to see if you have a profile copied saved somewhere.

    Unless you have a copy of the profile on there, no.

    You would have to go back through your computer, or any places you may have written down notes about email addresses you've used.

    My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned
