Lost my old Xbox 360 account!

So recently, I tried logging on my old xbox360 with my old profile, and to my surprise, the email which was used to create the sccount no longer existed. I thought it would fix itself if I deleted and downloaded the profile again but it didn't. I had to
re enter the email which didn't exist on microsoft apparently, and xbox told me that the email didn't exist anymore. I need help in recovering the profile if that's possible. I know the GT lost, along with the email, and I would like some help with it, if
it's possible.

If the old email ACCOUNT is closed, can you see if you can re-register it again as a new account but with the same email address? That way, once up and running, your xbox account emails will be retrievable from the new (old) email account!

To access your Xbox Live account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account. Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag. If you need to recover
your account, the Lost Account Solution or
Lost Password Solution will help.
From what I have found it seems that you must of somehow closed your account and if it is more than 60 days you will not be able to recover it. There is information about reopening
your account if it is within the 60 day grace period. If it is a situation of possibly not using the correct email/password the other links will help you determine what it was.

i believe microsoft did delete accounts that were inactive for to long.

Could i get some insight on this? I left it for less than about a year, kinda shorter than how long i left it for between a few years ago.

EDIT: Just checked, apparently if you havent used your xbox360 account since 2017, it was deleted on August 2019. Weird thing was, i used it during 2018. I opened the profile, it told me to sign in w/ email, i thought it was wrong so i deleted it & tried
to reinstall my profile on xbox360, only, the email didn't have my xbox360 account. Weird, because i recall that microsoft account had my Gamertag with it as it's name. I would like some assistance in getting my old account back, if possible.
