Lost my Gold subscription????

Some how I lost my gold subscription. When i try using one of my trial codes it says " you already have gold, try giving this to a friend"? Ive tried using different cards, I've added new cards but now for each one I get this "This payment option is used
on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. Remove it from those accounts and try again, or add a different payment option". I'm now playing on an xbox one and don't own a 360 could this be the problem. please help.

I got call of dudy ghost so i saw a 7 days free gold then i used that i only got 2 day but its need to be 5 days more.

You have a gold sub according to your gamercard.You can't use trials on an xbox live profile that already has a gold sub.

 

um i have something really weird when i turn on my xbox and try to sign to my live acoount it says i need to catch up on payments when i ended the payments taken out of my bank account. can anyone help its been going on since december.

 

You would need to contact support as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues
