    Hi guys, after a long time not playing my xbox 360 games, I tried playing some Arcade games I bought long time ago on Xbox live, and I got just messages about buying them again. Got into my MS account and searched for previous things I bought, but just got
    one game registered there. Is there anything you guys know about it?

    Xbox not loading any apps/games

    Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

    okay so this is the continuation of the previos discussion i started, i had an exam so i coulnt respond in 72 hours, long story short, my minecraft account got hacked and i want it back..

    it isnt showing in the payments section, but i litterly bought the game, i have the proof of buying.

    can something like that happen? i lost access to my game and my in game name changed, the access to my game is completely lost..

    There was a trial version of Ark available, and it let you also play Ark for free. I actually played and completed Ark for free without purchasing it through free-to-play days. If you look back through your order history, does it show the original game
    when you purchased it, and not the trial version?

    I have the same problem and mine was installed on the internal hard drive. I have payed for the app, them money was taken out of my bank yet I have no app.
