Lost my Character on Fable3 for no reason

Hello, I had been playing fable 3 for a few days on my 2010 save (I play from my Xbox Series X). I noticed that my first character had been reset to 0. So I played on my second character. It's been three days now and everything was fine so far. I simply started a new game from a friend's profile and clicked start to join (on the same screen) with my profile character. Everything was fine until we stopped playing. When I restarted the game just after and played with my account, my second character had also been reset to 0, as if I was starting the adventure. There is no way to acces a backup save or an older file from the cloud ?

Idk if it's an old bug or if related to the quick resume

I was trying to get achievements and I still get some today. This is frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that your 2nd fable character progress was restored.
You can try to retrieve the latest progress uploaded to the cloud deleting the local saved data in your Xbox, to do this please quit the game first, go to Settings > System > Storage
There select the clear Xbox 360 storage, open the game and wait until the progress in the cloud is downloaded

You can also try this:
Highlight the game, then press the menu button and select "manage game and add-ons" > go to the "saved data" option and select clear local saved data

If the issue persists after downloading the cloud data, unfortunately this means the progress made with this 2nd character is lost

Save files can not be sent to someone via E-mail.

So I am curious how you propose to un-corrupt a file?. In sending you an E-mail that will supply you with another users E-mail (wlid), and likely one linked to their LIVE account.

That is an extremely bad idea. If someone has issues playing a game they can post in this support forum. And all the help there is will be given to anyone who needs it.

I am going ahead and locking this thread up....

The main reason I ask is because everyone who's had to start over lost everything and my characters are still there and the items they had equipped even Though those items don't exist.

Three of my friends have lost characters. I was level 13 on Saturday evening. Woke up Sunday evening to a level 3 character. This crap is ridiculous.

I think the problem is the cloud servers they are using. It doesn't always save progress correctly. Two of my friends that lost characters still had all the money they had in the bank when they last played just not the character's levels.
