    After being disconnected due to clicking a reconnect link in my email during support chat with Iza D. that I waited almost an hour to enter, in addition to repeated visits to support with no resolution of my hardware issues (failing to read video discs on
    Xbox One) I have withdrawn my 8 year membership and will no longer spend hundreds in game purchases.

    It seems a Roku+BluRay player is a better entertainment platform than Xbox, and quite a bit cheaper..

    What a terrible business decision by Microsoft. They have lost my business entirely because if this. And the sleezy way in which it was done is astounding for such a "reputable" company. Good luck Microsoft, Sony is smiling now.

    This is the worst console I've ever owned. Most the time it is nothing more than a $300 paperweight. Microsoft has forever lost my business with this atrocity of a gaming platform.
