How do I change my profile email?

I lost my email account and I cant change my Xbox live account email.

 

I want to change my email associated to my account ?

I dd it a while ago pretty straight forward

I had to make a new microsoft account as i had made an account named pritchardLFC03 but have forgotten the email and password so please could you help me as it would be very helpful

Xbox Support Team is able to assist with recovering accounts when the email and password is not known. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

Where exactly do i go because i have already been there and so far it has been no help please help me

In order to speak with a live agent you would need to Contact us here. Select "no thanks" to the virtual agent. When you are picking a category, Select "other".

You will then be able to get into contact with a live agent.

When you select the link and get re-directed to the support webpage, you just need to select what you need help with. In this case you would select Account.

You then will be presented an option for Chat Support. You can get started there, or select no thanks. After you say no thanks, step 2 will ask what the category of the issue is.

Step 3 will provide you with some self-service options and then Step 4 is where you select to speak to a phone agent. You will need to be signed into an account to request a callback so you may need to create a temporary account to get a hold of a support
agent to help with account recovery.

Once you're signed in to the temporary account you can request a callback to your desired number and a short description of the issue.
