Lost minecraft account after problems with login

Please tell me, how do you fixed that problem?
The way you did it was creating a new Microsoft account with the old email?

I already switched the gmail to primary but it did not work.

I have looked into the article you sent but none of the there mentioned points are related to my problem (i bought minecraft sometime in 2012 i think and have migrated it to this account, which has the same gmail as my mojang account had).

The deletion and reinstalling of my launcher was no help either (even on minecraft.net it says I dont have minecraft)

Thanks, May I know if that gmail address is your primary email or is the outlook.com?

Once downloaded sign in with your account and check

That's really odd, well... I think the next step will be reach Minecraft support with your proof of purchase (email sent by them with the transaction ID) to see if they can check for you what's going on exactly and re-link your license if necessary with your account

No, the way i fixed my problem was to reconnect my email with my account. I thought that my microsoft account was locked on my gmail email but later found out that it that was just added onto it, so i use the "@outlook.com" email and had no problem logging in. after doing so I re-added my gmail and was able to login with it again
