I have lost my premium membership for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. It is still valid up to February 04 2019.

Can you restore it?

My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

have cleaned the registry of all Microsoft solitaire collection entries. my games in xbox shows

i have paid for the premium and goo till Dec. 2018. any ideals how to get the premium subscription

working on the new spring update?

If you visit account.microsoft.com and click on Payments & Billing then select Order History, you should be able to find the purchase of Premium you made. From there, if you click the item, it should take you to the store listing where you should be able
to redownload it.

I'd also look into reaching out to the Inner Circle or other discussions for Microsoft Casual Games here: Home - Microsoft Casual Games See if they are other solutions you can try.

 

I am having the same probem I tried the fix from PalmettoBling but I cannot click on the item in my order history. Did you get your membership restored? Please if anyone has a help idea I'd appreciate it. I tried virtual helper but the bot could not help.
