    Lost Microsoft points


    hello team I was sent here to inform that on your current gold promotion. I just attempted to redeem 12800 points for a 3 month gold pass. Unfortunately the problem is I lost the points but I never received the code for the purchase or even an email confirming
    that I did, but I did lose the Microsoft points unfortunately. Please help if possible.

    I did what you said and it said i bought 1000 microsoft points, spent 560 and that my current balance is 0

    Unfortunately its not only what the billing site shows.. I have 0 microsoft poiints when i should have 440.. I will call phone support when i have time. thanks for the help and all but the problem is that it says i should have 440 points left but anywhere
    i look (the actual xbox, xbox.com or the billing site) it says i have 0.
