    Lost message with 2 free game codes on Xbox One


    Hello, with the activation of Gears of War 4 on my Xbox One, I had received a message on this Xbox One to get free Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement on the Windows Store, but following a bad manipulation the message dissappeared.

    I wanted to know if it was possible to send me these 2 codes again.

    Lost game code

    I bought a digital copy of Just Cause 3 which included a free code for Just Cause 2.

    Unfortunately my XBOX failed before I could use the JC2 code and was returned for warranty replacement.

    I now have a working XBOX again but the message with the code for JC2 has been lost due to the hardware failure.

    Would it be possible to resend the game code for Just Cause 2?

    cant install xbox 360 games with gold on xbox one

    Hello,

    when i try to install the xbox 360 games with gold ( free games ) i get this message that says can not download..Also I bought Just cause 3 for Xbox one ( disc not digital ) where I got a free code for Just cause 2 , and when redeemed this code on my xbox
    live , it didnt show on the ready to install Tab !! any help here

    yes.

    "Lost planet 2" is the free game at the "games for gold" page in my region! It doesnt matter which game it is. i cant get the free one.
