    Hi,

    I just fired up Mahjong for the first time in some time, played a Daily Challenge, and got a medal that I'd already won back in 2013.

    Going back out to the main screen, all my medals won back in 2013 were gone, as were all the stats (except for the Daily Challenges). I'm seeing zero games played, and all of the previously-unlocked puzzles are locked again.

    The Achievements and Daily Challenge badges are all still OK, as are the Daily Challenge stats.

    I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit version 6.3.9600 N/A Build 9600, and Mahjong version 2.4.1408.2503.

    I've seen other threads about players losing Achivements/Medals/Badges/etc, but a possible complication in my case is that I attempted (unsuccessfully) to play Mahjong (and Minesweeper, Jigsaw, etc) on the Windows 10 Tech Preview All of these games would
    repeatedly restart when trying to connect to XBox Games. At a quick glance I'm not seeing anything similar with the other games now that I'm back on Windows 8.1.

    Well the Daily Challenges and new graphics are working ok it seems but I am talking about medals not badges. The update took away all my medals and reset fastest win times in the solitaire collection.

    Missing a diamond badge

    Hi,

    I solved 100% of the daily challenges in December 2016 and my daily diamond badge is listed under Daily Challenge Badgers.

    However, the Diamonds are Forever badge is still locked. I should have that badge, no?

    I am playing daly chalenges on Microsoft Xbox Mahjong and Microsoft Xbox solitaire but wen I did look at my Historic at the end of jan.2015 which I had both comPlete with medals,PERFECT. Then I saw that all the medals and mention Perfect were all erased
    for december 2014 but just for Microsoft Xbox Mahjong. Only this devember month was erased, all the other months staid OK. I wonder how to get them medals back n te statistic board for that dec. 2014 month. It's only on Mahjng, nowhere else stats were lost..Please
    it's very frustrating, and that hapens just at the time I was tinkng to on paying to get rid of commercial. But now i shall wait because i dont trust it no more..I did reach somebody from Xbox helping in trouble ,His nama LILIAN" S very gentil he did try a
    lot f things to help but did not succeede to get my stats back...Is there someother ways to get them points back? Bye . My Xbox name is NocturnalMage24.

    Achievement Counters Not Working

    I'm having issues with achievements unlocking. I have 8 gold medals for the daily challenges but the achievement says I only have 7/8. Additionally, the counters for the achievements are not updating

    How to get the "Good to be King" new achievement?

    Solution has been found for this: Reset Statistics. This will reset all statistics except Daily Challenges and Star Clubs to zero. All achievements and badges associated with Daily Challenges will be kept. Once you reset the statistics, quit the game, restart
    the game, and go straight to Pyramid and Tri-Peak to get this achievement. MAKE SURE YOU FINISH ALL OTHER STATS ASSOCIATED ACHIEVEMENT BEFORE RESETTING STATISTICS!

    I'm also having this problem in Taptiles for the daily challenges. The error I'm having is error code: 004408 and it would not let me go into the daily challenges and when it did...I lost my bronze and silver medals for July (I guess I won't be able to get
    my marathon achievement as well. I tried logging off and this was the latest update available. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. I lost 15 days of completed daily challenges...so unfair. :( Is there a way you can fix this?
