Lost linking to epic account

I think for this you'd have to contact developer.

You could try logging in to epic account using old email address, then changing it from there to the new email you have linked to live account, if that doesn't work you'd need to contact their support staff (epic, not microsoft)

The purchases and battle pass are linked to your son's EPIC account.

So if you made a new EPIC account and linked the gamertag to that, of course no previous purchases are there.

You need to link your son's Xbox Gamertag account to the correct EPIC account with which you made the previous purchases.

BUT BEWARE!!! If you only used the console to link to an EPIC account WITHOUT making that first EPIC Account a

"full EPIC account" as described here, it might be that your purchases are now lost!!!

Hello AJTSOA, by your description you created a new Xbox/Microsoft account for your child, but is the password you lost for the account you created or is it for the Epic account you were trying to link?

Is your child's Epic account new or old, was already linked to another Xbox account, I ask this because Epic does not allow you to unlink an account and then link another account.

I have recently downloaded Fortnite on my Xbox one and was automatically linked to my live account. I created an account with epic games and tried to link it to my xbox account and can't because of the initial download on my console was currently
