    I've just had to replace my tablet. When I reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw; I've lost all past history and about 67,000 gold bars. Can these be restored or retrieved? I do not use XBox but just do jigsaws on my PC. Anyone help?

    Lost gold bars after I reinstalled the game

    I had to uninstall the game and reinstall because the game continued to crash and not run after the last update Windows 10 Update. When I reinstalled the game I lost 400,000 gold bars and all my history. How do I get back the gold bars I lost?

    MS Jigsaw history gone

    Got new laptop, signed into everything but all gold bars gone and all jigsaw history with exception of 2 collections. How do I get my history and gold bars back?

    did you sign in with a different epic account, as all skins and ingame progress is held on the epic account not the xbox live account.

    To add to the other answers:

    Be aware that there is only room for 500 Gold bars.

    So if you have 490 Gold bars in your game already, and buy 25 Gold bars, you will have to spend some gold bars until you have 475 Gold bars left, so there is room for your 25 Gold bars again.
