    how to get gear of war promo

    i downloaded gears of war ultra after I bought a new xbox one for xmas, now I need to find out how to download the gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgement promo

    that was suppose to come with the system I bought. The xbox one came with the code for gears of war ultra so where do I get the promo code for the other games?

    I bought gears of war 4 the 12th of October, and still haven't received promo codes for the gears collection.
