LOST GAMETAG?!

can not get gametag on another xbox he has error 80151103 and he lost everything he lost 12 month gold he want it on gametag overallsphere0 tranfer to the gametag overallsphere0

Have you bought anything with your primary account recently? If so, it will appear on the
account site when you sign in with the proper account. If you sign in with this same address and you do NOT see the recent purchase, then you're not using the correct account.

One way to try and discover it is to, again, use recent purchase history to find the e-mail receipt that Microsoft sends you. Whatever e-mail got that receipt is most likely your intended Microsoft account's e-mail address.

Visit enforcement.xbox.com to see any enforcement actions on that account.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. It is possible that you signed in with what you believe is the correct email to your account, but it is in fact a different email you should be using. Keep in mind that the option to create a new outlook email is
given to you when you created your account.

All gamertags are attached to a single email, so there is no way to get a new gamertag after a format if you used the correct email. I recommend contacting Xbox support directly. Give them your old gamertag and see what options they have for you to recover
it.

4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
