lost games on my account

i own sea of thieves on the microsoft store, and for some reason my game has gone, and all billing information for it has gone aswell, yet the account that is connected to my xbox companion has all the gamer score for it, my mincraft dungeons characters has gone aswell when i try and load it up through game pass i dont have my characters but again all the gamerscore on that account. Thank you

Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread with these additional details.

The game you are seeking is no longer available on the Xbox 360 Marketplace, as this have been de-listed.

Then only way to be able to launch that game would have to be on the last Xbox 360 you had it installed before it was taken down from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Yes, I tried that but it doesn't show any orders. Xboxlive and microsoft.com don't seem to have the same information. When I got into my xboxlive account using the refurbished xbox360 my mom bought, it shows the games (Scott Pilgrim, South Park) I purchased
with money but not the game I purchased using coins (microsoft points). That's the game I'm missing, it was Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I can find the email from Microsoft that shows the points were put into my account.
