Discus and support lost gamerscore in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; on the 18th december 2017 my xbox gamerscore went from 412,390 down to 321,797 no idea what has happened to it any help would be appreciated i unlocked...     on the 18th december 2017 my xbox gamerscore went from 412,390 down to 321,797 no idea what has happened to it any help would be appreciated i unlocked a few achievements while my profile says 321,797 to see if that fixes the problem ive already contacted

    Lost Gamerscore but show unlocked achievements when open game! What is going on????! I’ve lost over 50,000 gamerscore when I transfer my account to a Xbox one console! I’ve worked hard for those points

    Gamerscore reset after playing Mass Effect 3?

    i've lost over 52 thousand gamerscore as well!!!!

    Hi there,

    You're not alone with this issue. It's effected a number of users at random times, and the score should correct itself in a few days.

    ive being unlocking achievements til problem fixes it but i dont know if that will stop my gamerscore going back to normal

    No it wont.It will correct itself & any achievements you've unlocked will be added when it does.

    Had the same thing happen to me a few months ago.

    Husband 24 hour ban for no reason.

    If you lost just your 360 Gamerscore then it's probably been reset for modding it.

    They don't reset gamerscores without a thorough investigation.

    yep i have this to and i lost my gamerscore to. idk if its lost cuz if i click on the game it still says i has the gamerscore but when some one clicks my acc it says i have 10 g
