    Santa gave my son an Xbox one Gears of war Bundle. He loaded the game and it disappeared. Now we can't find it. I code doesn't work anymore. Any ideas?

    Make sure you're using the same gamer tag you used with the code.

    Try searching for it in the store app, and you should see a button to download instead of purchase.

    I agree with the people that said to check the store app as you may have just purchased it and not actually downloaded it.

    Hi there,

    since you said the name changed (and you are sure it's the correct email address) a cause could be that somehow a new account was created on top of your old account, which overrules the old (correct account)

    In such situation it's best to contact official Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They can do a check based on the GTs if that is indeed the case and for the steps on how to solve the situation.

    As indicated, the purchases you made are tied to the gamertag that made them. Go to your Download History under Account Management and redownload them.
