Lost my Key for my limited edition console. Is there a way to reissue a new key please?

I purchased an Xbox One with the Gears of War bundle, and I lost my game key to download the game. I was told by customer support to post this concern here in the forum. The purchase was made on 9/20/2015, and the receipt has been given to the customer support
person I spoke with, who informed me that the game key would be emailed to me within 72 hours of posting this.

I'm afraid we don't have any codes to provide as replacement here. For codes that were included with a console bundle your best point of contact would be the retailer you purchased the console form. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

I have an Xbox one S GoW 4 limited edition console. I'm looking for the game card key. I lost it and can't find it. I can give you the serial number if that helps. but that should be done in a PM...

Chat support sent me here so I just wasted more time getting bounced from one support team to the next with no intention of addressing this issue. I guess it's time to start posting on Facebook and twitter for a more positive response.

To clarify further on what Jarcas says, we are unable to provide any game codes that come from the box itself here on our forums. If you are missing, or lost, the game code from the retailer's box, no one at Microsoft will be able to recover that for you.
If you would like Gears of War 4, you will need to contact your retailer if it was not in the box originally or purchase the game separately.
