    I'm sorry to hear that @Topherlee122, but by "disk" you mean Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or the Game Disc CD?

    If you mean the Game Disc, then there is certainly no way to play the game until you have the CD in the Xbox disc tray, sorry :(

    as previously stated the only way to play without the disk is to purchase it digitally from the Xbox store.
