    Lost Forza6 Bundle Code


    My wife purchased the Forza 1TB Bundle over the weekend from the Target in Davie which is close to Plantation where she stayed for the recently held Speedo Winter Champs. She left the hotel on Monday & it seems the game code was erroneously left by
    our enthusiastic son. The hotel staff (Residence Inn) have tried to locate the code, but without success.

    We're kindly seeking your assistance so we can have the issue resolved.

    Unfortunately Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. So it would not be possible to have a code replaced for a bundled game.

    Sorry, but since that is a physical bundle, support here would not be able to assist. Generally you would contact the retailer for assistance with a bundle, but Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen codes and the retailer may not be able to give
    a new code either.

    You would have to try contacting the retailer you purchased the bundle from, but generally it is not possible to recover lost codes.
