    Lost fortnight redeem code


    Hi guys, unfortunately my son has tried to redeem the fortnight spider skin code that came with the console but he hadn't set up his epic games profile properly. Since he has been waiting for his skin he has now lost the card that the code was printed on,
    we bought the console directly from the microsoft website, can you help please?

    To my knowledge fortnight gift cards must be redeemed on their website, you should look at the information on the card for details

    Hi there,

    the games most likely came with the console as redeemable codes on leaflets inside the package. These codes would have to be redeemed.

    If the leaflets are lost then I'm afraid not much can be done.
