Lost fathers email address - Help

PLEASE HELP

Last night I messed up big time. I wanted to put my own email as main email for my X-Box. Usually it is my Dads.

I managed to change things but in the process I have done something that has lost my Dads email. Now it tells him his email account no longer exists.

When he tries to add it to account as alias it tells him its part of an existing domain.

This is his main email for important stuff and he is going crazy. I cannot sleep or eat.

This sounds like you where using your dads Microsoft account as your Xbox profile. Is this correct?

You may have just added an alias to the existing account, which would mean it's still there. It just not set as the primary alias.

If you want to use an Xbox profile with your own email, you will need to setup another account. But you will loose any game progressions and will be starting from scratch.

I also have a similar problem. My profile is currently attached to my fathers email address. I want my profile to be attached to my email address instead. I have tried all of the steps to transfer the account but it just gives me an obscure error code that
tells me to wait 24 hours and try again.

My fathers email address is an @msn.com email address. Why is this happening???????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your Xbox account linked to your father's email address? You might want to consider changing the email address to your own email and keep the same account

Sorry to hear it. What you can do is give phone support a call. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give you the email associated with it.
