    Pre ordered Fallout 4 digitally no Fallout 3 code

    I have talked with xbox support and I was sent to this for the Fallout 3 code. I am not sure where to go from here. The fallout 3 code I cannot find in my messages. Please help on how to locate this code

    i bought fallout 4 and it came with a code for fallout 3. i redeemed the code online on 25th december and it showed as succesful. However, the game has yet to appear in my ready to install section on xbox one.
